Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@doghealthshop.com.
We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

After verification, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, shipped at no cost to you

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
